We offer a 4-day refund policy for airtime and utility top ups that have not been utilized. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 4 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us and provide us with your order number, and the reason for the refund.
We do not offer exchanges for airtime top ups. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund.
Please note that we cannot refund airtime or utility top ups that have been used. If you have used any of the airtime on your top up, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud and abuse.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation process for a card payment for airtime or utility payments will be done via contacting our support lines, which are mentioned in the Contact Us page, or the order confirmation sent to the specified email.

Once you have contacted us and requested to cancel the card payment, we will typically process your request within 3 business days. The amount of the card payment will then be refunded to your card account.

Delivery
Instant delivery: This is the only delivery method available. The airtime or utility payment will be credited immediately once the payment is processed. In the event where the service provider’s internal systems are not accepting top-ups, kindly refer to their respective social media announcements on resuming of services, upon which your top-ups will be processed instantly.
